SDB Explorer Support

You may opt for one of the following options to get product support:


  • If you have lost your activation key, go to Member login page to log-on to account.chambal.com . After login, you can see your Purchase history & Activation code. You will need to login by using the email address used to purchase SDB Explorer , and password created for you, when you first purchased any Chambal.com product. To get a new password - click on "forgot password" link and we will email you the instructions to reset it.
     
  • Refer to our online knowledge base Search in sdb explorer documentation , discussion forums Search in sdb explorer forum and FAQ search in sdb explorer FAQs .
     
  • Use our online forums . This is the most effective way to get your questions answered.
